At ALITE, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY – NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS

All products currently on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds will not be provided for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind. Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at our discretion and subject to strict conditions outlined below.

2. RETURN REQUESTS (ACCEPTED AT OUR DISCRETION)

ALITE is under no obligation to accept returns. In rare cases where a return request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. The warranty sticker must remain fully intact and unbroken.
  3. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  4. The cost of the original shipping (even if ""free shipping"" was offered at the time of purchase) will be deducted from any refund.
  5. A 5-10% processing fee (based on order value) will be deducted from the refund to cover bank transaction fees and handling costs.

ALITE reserves the right to decline any return request at its sole discretion, even if the product remains unopened.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

ALITE stands by the quality of its products and will issue a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged during shipping or contain a verified manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a replacement or refund due to damage, the customer must:

  • Report the issue within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting hello@alite.cc
  • Provide clear images of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Ensure that the warranty sticker remains intact.

If the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.

If a damage claim is approved, ALITE will provide one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement product (if available), or
  • A refund, minus shipping and processing fees.

4. EXCHANGES FOR VERIFIED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If a product has a verified manufacturing defect, the customer may be eligible for an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, the customer must:

  1. Contact ALITE within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@alitehub.com
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. Submit clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.
  4. Ensure that the warranty sticker remains intact.

If a replacement product is not available, ALITE may offer store credit of equal value at its discretion.

5. HANDLING AND PROCESSING TIME

Orders for non-preorder items typically ship within one (1) business day.

During high-demand periods, handling times may extend to up to seven (7) business days.

ALITE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. LEGAL AND FINAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing from ALITE, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. If the customer does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with their purchase.

Shipping Methods

At  ALITE, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped using trusted carriers, with both standard and expedited options available at checkout. Shipping costs are fixed but may vary depending on the selected shipping method.

We take pride in our quick processing times—most orders are shipped within 1 business day. Please note that the stated delivery times refer only to the shipping speed and may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Handling Time

Our standard handling time is 1 business day for in-stock, non-preorder items. During high-volume periods or external delays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify customers via email in the event of any significant delays—be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder for updates.

Preorder items are shipped as soon as inventory becomes available. Preorder customers will be informed of the expected shipping timeframe at the time of purchase and will receive updates if there are changes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed but may vary depending on the selected delivery priority. All available options and prices can be reviewed before completing your order.

Customers requesting a replacement outside of warranty coverage are responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, destination region, and the location of the nearest warehouse. Since our warehouses are located in different parts of the world, your order may be shipped from various countries, which can affect the overall delivery time.

For most countries, standard delivery typically takes 9 to 12 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 12 to 21 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to logistical factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other external circumstances.

Important: 97% of our customers receive their orders within 10 business days.

Customs Duties, Import Fees, and Customer Responsibilities

We ship internationally to select countries. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included at checkout. Please verify your country’s import policies prior to ordering. ALITE is not responsible for customs-related delays, fees, or refusals.

If a customer refuses to pay required import charges and the package is returned, we will deduct outbound and return shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking and handling fee, from any potential refund.

Responsibility for the Package

We are responsible for your order until it clears your country’s customs. From that point on, responsibility for the package lies with the customer. If issues arise with customs or local delivery carriers, we are happy to assist, but cannot assume liability for delays or costs beyond our control.

Warranty & Damaged Packages

All products are shipped with original mounting or protective film and in sealed packaging. These elements serve as proof that the item has not been used.

If your item arrives damaged but the protective film is intact and the packaging is unopened, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Important: If the film has been removed or tampered with, or if the packaging has been opened, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for a free replacement under warranty.

Email Notifications

All customers will receive shipping and order status updates via email. Please check your inbox and spam folders regularly to avoid missing key updates. We are not responsible for missed communications due to filters or inbox settings.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears delayed, undelivered, or has issues with tracking, please contact us right away. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are not within our control, but we will always do our best to help.

Claims and Disputes

All shipping- or delivery-related claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your package. Claims beyond this timeframe or without supporting documentation (e.g. tracking, photos, correspondence) may be denied.
